I stopped filling the entire canvas with white and now just clear it transparent before rendering the map and users. Perhaps this is good enough for now? We'll have to implement a few maps and try out some video use cases to see what happens.

Another available tool for getting the two views to overlap less is to resize the map and Jitsi Meet layers so they don't fill the entire window.

Also, the "hide interface" button could minimize the map to a minimap view, rather than hiding it completely. This will be easier after #10 is implemented.

There is now a much clearer option to hide the game view. Also, there is a "split view" option. And I stopped disabling video altogether, just have it muted by default.
