There's a function built into the sqlite-driver module now: https://cashapp.github.io/sqldelight/2.0.0/2.x/drivers/sqlite-driver/app.cash.sqldelight.driver.jdbc.sqlite/-jdbc-sqlite-driver.html

There is a overload of JdbcSqliteDriver that takes the SqlSchema for your database. This overload will automatically handle creating the database and executing any migrations for you.
