we need these get functions to return the settings of the algorithm that are stored in the Parameters object. so we need get functions for:

• pop_size
• gens
• ml
• classification
• max_stall
• otype
• verbosity
• max_depth
• max_size
• max_dim
• erc
• num_features

we don't need get functions to return pointers to the other class objects. Sorry if this was unclear.
