make better use of the project description field

My current idea is:

-for join existing project description:
description = str( {'organization':entry[8], 'contact_name':entry[19], 'contact_email':entry[20]} ) )

-for new project description:
description=str( {'organization': entry[8], 'contact_name':user.first_name + " " + user.last_name, 'contact_email':user.email, 'description':entry[16]} ),

1. We don't want to update the description when people are joining an existing project, only when they create a new one.

2. There is no real reason to build a dictionary if you are just going to turn it into a string. I suggest using the string.format() function instead:

description='org: {}, contact_name: {}, ... etc..'.format(entry[8], user.first_name + user.last_name, ... )

Here's the updated project.description in addusers.py!
description='org: {}, contact_name: {}, contact_email: {}, description: {}'.format(entry[8], user.first_name + " " + user.last_name, user.email, entry[16])

I looked through the repository to find other descriptions that need to be updated, but I believe I did not find any that are relevant.
