Hello @fconcklin,

You need to escape[1] the arguments of its envolope JSON, like this:

  $ echo 'Welcome to Flask-JSONRPC' | base64 
  V2VsY29tZSB0byBGbGFzay1KU09OUlBDCg==

  $ curl -i -X POST -d '{"jsonrpc": "2.0", "method": "App.hello", "params": {"name":"V2VsY29tZSB0byBGbGFzay1KU09OUlBDCg%3D%3D"}, "id": "1"}' http://localhost:5000/api
