Thanks for the suggestion! I've just added
#!latex
\DeclareInstance { acro-title } { none } { sectioning }
{ name-format = \use_none:n { #1 } }
to acro.sty
. So it will be available after the next release. Meanwhile you can just use
#!latex
\makeatletter
\DeclareInstance{acro-title}{none}{sectioning}{ name-format = \@gobble{#1} }
\makeatother
on your document and use \printacronyms[heading=none]
.
