chaos-mesh go package does not work: 'go: finding module for package sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime/pkg/envtest/printer' fails

For anyone who stumbles over this: I didn't get it to work, but surrounded the problem by creating the experiment as unstructured.

currently only github.com/chaos-mesh/chaos-mesh/api is designed to be imported as go modules.

and actually chaos mesh does not follow the semantic version and we should stick a specific git commit with go mod replace command.

for example, if you want to control chaos mesh 2.6.3 programmable, you should stick github.com/chaos-mesh/chaos-mesh/api with b159d1c which tagged as v2.6.3.

we still have no idea how to distribute the API SDK, if you have any suggestion, please let us know.
