Hi @mirfan899 , textacy v0.10.1 is the last one to support PY3.6, and at the time it was released (August 2020) also required spacy v2.x (since v3.x hadn't yet been released). That's why pip is downgrading spacy and its various dependencies after you've just installed them; if you'd installed textacy directly, suitable dependency versions would have been installed automatically. As far as I know, there's no workaround that you can count on functioning correctly.
I don't know what restrictions you have on your dev environment, but since PY3.6 is officially past its supported lifetime, you might consider updating to PY3.7 or later. That would allow you to use a newer version of textacy and, in turn, spacy and friends.
