• Docker Self Hosted
• 4 CPU, 32GB ram, nvme disk
• No customization

• Estimated number of conversations in the system
• types of channels that you are using
• Any other errors that you see in logs
• also the spec of your database instance ?

It seems like the request is timing out. This usually happens when the Postgres query times out

• Website + Email
• No errors at all other than that
• Database is hosted on Supabase using the free plan. 2-core arm, 1GB ram

@Wamy-Dev Could you check the supabase db logs and see if there are timeouts?

This is the same issue I mentioned in the discord chat. It seems to be happening since the update after 3.7.0. I have not heard back. The problem only happens when check "ALL" in the conversation. When you visit each inbox manually (ie: chat, email mailbox) all conversations load fine. It seems to be the combined ALL inbox area only. Screenshot of console error:

Ok, so found out the issue for me. I had an email inbox that may have not been configured properly or was locked in the system with no error. Once I removed the inboxes that showed the same circle, it gave me an indication that it was the issue. Check for each inbox separately then remove and reconfigure each one. This fixed the issue for me
