We still have problem that config on sonar and in our project does not match.

For the moment, creating your own quality profile is not possible. This is something that will be supported in the upcoming months.
What you can do for now is order to not be "disturbed" by such issues is to temporarily mute the complexity rule on each of your projects. For this, you can head to "Administration > Analysis Scope > Issues" (link to sevntu-checks page for instance). You can learn more about this feature at http://redirect.sonarsource.com/doc/narrowing-the-focus.html
Once you can create quality profiles in a few month, then you'll just have to reset this particular configuration.
