Reason

The findEmployee command is working as intended based on what is stated in the UG as shown below.

As such, findEmployee find based on words and not part of the words (SubStrings). On top of that , the software did not crash as it it showing the intended outcome as shown below.

This is intended as there are no Employees with word name of "Test".
