@tomschenkjr Tom, I wasn't sure how to easily add the MASS citation. I got your email, but I wasn't sure where to put it, or if there was a problem with the bibliography (with the warnings).

@skishchampi I don't know about the email addresses, it's fine with me to include mine. Perhaps you'd rather have your personal / uchicago email?

This has been merged into master, I'm ready to close this. The MASS citation isn't in there, nor is the heat map description, but that's fine for now. It can get added later and it's not critical.

FWIW, citation() is a native R command to display the citation for the package. citep just turns it into a citation within a knitr doc.

Added a citation to MASS on line 368 with bf473e6. Not elegant, but have it there.

@geneorama - what aspects are you looking to experiment with the citation representation?

"Experiment" exactly what I meant, I just wanted to understand the citation
mechanism. I still have some questions for you later about the package.

My biggest objective was to add the MASS citation.
