#1 class.IP2Location.php(1624): IP2Location\Database->read(851651769, 0)
this len was 0 and that raises a fatal
from ip2location-php-module.

I've used version 8.2.3 of class ip2location.php
from ip2location-php-module.

ok, sorry didn't noticed that in github there is 9+ version available, updated to latest version 9.5 it is working fine now.
