Paste as file functions don't work with text copied by .NET applications

Paint.NET works in XP, but not in 7.
MS Word 2003 in XP uses scrap file/embed source file pasting, and the script 
doesn't 
seem to do anything there.
MSPaint also uses scrap files, but is overwritten by script.

Correction: Paint.NET works in Win 7 too.

Wordpad doesn't work in Win7, MSPaint does, word 2007 doesn't.

Probably similar problem, copying and image in Photoshop, I can't paste it as a 
file.
 I can paste in in msn for example to be transfered as a jpg file but I can't paste
it in a folder to save as a file

I could make paste work everywhere, but that would replace the contents of the 
clipboard. I might look into this later on, I think the best I could do is 
catch the 
CTRL+V hotkey and replace clipboard content only then.

I will probably hook the CTRL+V key, to make that work everywhere, it will 
delete the 
clipboard contents though.
