apparently you have to update your powershell

@dusberendguy is right. This error occurs when using PowerShell 5.1. You need to install PowerShell 7.4 or newer by using the link given when you open PowerShell: https://aka.ms/PSWindows and ensure you are actually using it. It'll make a new profile in Terminal.
This made my TimeoutSeconds error go away.

One thing I did find is that blowing away the script and downloading it again and then everything seemed to work!
