I take that back, it would probably be better to implement a complete yaml1.1 parser for that, just to be consequent.

The support for YAML Tags is preliminary, however the default YAML spec of this crate is 1.2, so the behavior is expected.

In order to specify YAML 1.1, at least, the %YAML 1.1 directive should be added in front of the document.

Maybe we can add support for YAML version directive and implement Tag support for 1.1.
