Move to Pimple 2.*

I am not opposed to upgrading to Pimple 2 but that would mean a Cilex version 2 as this breaks backwards compatibility significantly

Instead of extending Cilex\Application directly from Pimple add a Pimple interface that match 1.* and add in an adapter to it and should only need to do minor bump at most since then change is only implementation detail that shouldn't break anything. Also helps future proof you against other changes to Pimple in the future and let you update on your time schedule with Cilex.
