[feature]: The Deadline should be displayed considering the timezone
Feature description
Today the countdown displayed is not considering the timezone.
The timezone should be applied to the deadline before getting the difference to display the countdown.
The csv that generates the data displayed has a column "DeadlineTimeZone". This column should be considered to generate the countdown.
The implementation shoud contemplate different timezone formats.

[feature]: Create filters based on Areas
Feature description
Use the "Areas" sheet in the deadline spreadsheet to automatically create filters.
Filters should be displayed as a tree with Areas within GreatAreas. If user checks GreatArea, all areas inside must also be checked.
