what version of Mac OS you have ??, can you try this xcode-select --install

Systemversjon: OS X 10.11.6 (15G22010)
Kernel-versjon: Darwin 15.6.0

$ xcode-select --install
xcode-select: error: command line tools are already installed, use "Software Update" to install updates

$ xcode-select --version
xcode-select version 2343.

I successfully compiled the source on the same machine (make ) with :
go version
go version go1.15.8 darwin/amd64

and was able to run
./civo version
Civo CLI v0.7.8

Also you Mac is the new Mac with M1 micro???
