Remove 3 Type of Superfluous Intermediate Nodes

I want to avoid disruptions today as we make our links public. I will look into this next week.

Removing these would involve removing all nodes the fit the following profile:

<Node Cat="omp" Rule="ObjMarker" Head="0" nodeId="...0011">
<Node Cat="pp" Rule="P2PP" Head="0" nodeId="...0011">

No disruptions are expected in the rest of the nodeIds in each verse involved as these are non-terminal nodes with the same span as their terminal nodes (with a nodeId Level of 1 vs nodeId Level of 0 for their terminal nodes).

Removing the cjp nodes does leave interclausal cj nodes as the only terminal nodes that don't currently participate in any non-terminal nodes--due to the tree generally not treating coordinate relations between clauses yet. cj nodes would be the only ones without a non-terminal node with a Head value (because cj nodes are terminal nodes & terminal nodes have no Head value).

These appear in the Lowfat version as well but do we need a separate bug report for it? $a in //wg[@Class="cjp"] reports 1,087 results.
