Haven't used this in a while either but served me well when i did.
Thanks for good stewardship of an open source project and notifying all your users (/stars)! I don't feel like you have to delete it; no harm in leaving it up just preface README.md with "UNSUPPORTED DONT USE IN NEW PROJECTS".
