Add a command to build then deploy

You can use clever restart --without-cache

This will trigger a rebuild even when there are no changes in git

Current workaround: create a fake commit on the CI then push it:

    - touch .deploy
    - git add .deploy
    - git config --global user.email "ci@gitlab.…"
    - git config --global user.name "GitLab CI"
    - git commit --message "deploy"
    - git push clevercloud HEAD:master --force

We stopped pushing through git+ssh, we used the clevercloud/clever-tools:2.9.1 docker image instead, and used this script:

    clever link ${CC_APP_ID}

    # so we restart it in order to fetch new content
    clever deploy || clever restart --without-cache

Update: actually it wasn't optimised, we use this instead:

    clever link ${CC_APP_ID}
    # If deploy fails, it means that the webhook is called and the code is already up-to-date,
    # so we restart it in order to fetch new content
    clever deploy || clever restart

And CC_PRE_RUN_HOOK="yarn build:next" in order to build the app before starting it.
