404 error downloading box when building default scenario

There is mention of this issue over here, but it claims to have been resolved. However, I've got a fresh clone of master and I am still getting this 404.

Replacing http://atlas.hashicorp.com/puppetlabs/boxes/debian-7.8-32-puppet/versions/1.0.4/providers/virtualbox.box with https://app.vagrantup.com/puppetlabs/boxes/debian-7.8-32-puppet/versions/1.0.4/providers/virtualbox.box in modules/bases/debian_puppet_32/secgen_metadata.xml fixes the 404 and prompts a download. But eventually, I get this:

Please ignore this, I embarrassingly cloned the SecGen/SecGen repo. Arrrg... I fought with this for a while 😭 only to realize it's already been fixed here. Sorry for the noise.
