quiche example doesn't work with quinn example and vice versa

I think I got it: the issue is quiche defaulting to ipv4 and quinn to ipv6.

This gets as far as a webpki error "CAUsedAsEndEntity" in the client:

• quiche server with cargo run --example server -- --name localhost --listen [::]:4433 --root ./
• quinn client with cargo run --example client https://localhost:4433/Cargo.toml

If you use certificates generated by rcgen (git clone https://github.com/est31/rcgen && cd rcgen && cargo run), it works:

• quiche server with cargo run --example server -- --name localhost --listen [::]:4433 --cert ../rcgen/certs/cert.pem --key ../rcgen/certs/key.pem --root ./
• quinn client with cargo run --example client https://localhost:4433/Cargo.toml --ca ../rcgen/certs/cert.der

The other way round works as well if you tell the protocols to sync up:

• quinn server with cargo run --example server -- --listen 127.0.0.1:4433 ./
• quiche client with cargo run --example client -- --no-verify https://localhost:4433/Cargo.toml

So everything's alright I guess.

We get further than that in mutual interop tests, so I'm guessing it's a configuration issue. Perhaps quiche listens on a different port by default and ignores the port supplied in the URL?
