我这边倒是没有你说的问题。我的路由是WNDR4300， WNDR3700 V4, 一般开shadowvpn 看youtube 1080p,
系统实时负载率0.3最多，只有高速下载加密数据的时候，系统负载率才会逼近1.
估计和路由本身有关系。

可以看一下 OpenVPN 连接后路由规则是什么，对比一下
有可能配成了多重 NAT
