Technical validation of gcc481 vs gcc472

Hi,

command to be used for the RelMon file comparison:

compare_using_files.py gcc472.root gcc481.root -o gcc472VSgcc481 --metas " gcc472 @@@ gcc481 " -C -R --use_black_file -p --no_successes -s b2b

assuming the DQM harvested files are gcc472.root and gcc481.root .
