会新增一个新命令实现 recentlyupdates，命令名称是一个难题，我先看看业界的包管理器是否有类似功能。
不过已经安装过一次的项目再次执行 cnpm install 其实是不会有任何安装的，即使包已经更新也不会再次安装。

嗯，我描述得不准确。话说cnpm install的行为看上去其实有点像有本地lock的情况？

本地安装过的依赖不会触发再次安装。
