Duplicate B9 Part Switch subtype names: "Water" on resupply parts with Kerbalism installed

I see this had been marked as fixed in issue #1399 - however, it doesn't appear fixed with the latest versions of BDB and Kerbalism, and wasn't identified as appearing on all the above parts in that issue. I am reproducing with BDB version 1.13.0, Kerbalism and Kerbalism Default Config version 3.19, and B9PartSwitch version 2.20.0. I can provide more info on request.

Error does not appear when commenting out these lines in Bluedog_DB/Compatibility/B9PartSwitch/B9PartSwitchTanks.cfg:

I suspect that config's Water entry is being loaded when it shouldn't be, as @Rodg88 seems to have suspected in issue #1399:

Are two showing up in game? The first patch should require not having kerbalism default patches present.

That being said I'm not 100% on why there's a non kerbalism or LS water tank type available. Possibly for fuel cells

As suspected in that issue, there are 2 water entries in B9PS from checking in the VAB:

Have you installed from Spacedock? The current version on spacedock doesn't have the fix. If you download the zip from github, it should contain the fix

I'm off my computer now, but I did install from CKAN. When I next have the opportunity, I'll download from Github and see if that fixes it.
