I have to check, but I suspect that this a bug in CoreText itself, fixing that would involve manually shifting the baselines of individual lines.

The subject says it all, its also visible in the demo app. Its even more noticable with larger font sizes and larger line height multiplicators.

Otherwise, awesome work!

This could very well be. If you display the frame bounds in the demo you see that the last line boxes are 1px off. I dont (yet) know how the DTCoreText internals work, are you using individual CATextLayers for each text run?

No, I'm basically getting the CTRun elements from the CTLine and these I get from CTFramesetter.

Then I'm using the drawing functions from CoreText to draw the individual glyph runs.

I implemented this workaround that goes through the lines and corrects the origins. Unfortunately this is a bug in CoreText itself.
