I'm starting on this now, which should cover #14 and #20 and make life easier for anyone developing shpy or trying to use it

Done! The container is automatically built here: https://hub.docker.com/r/shpy/shpy
Still need some cleanup in the readme, namely:
- Links must be absolute, to avoid broken links on Docker Hub
- Information on what's available in the container and how to use it should be in the readme
- The workdir should be
/app, and this must be documented someplace
from shpy.
