i did it at http://drupal.org/project/views_nivo_slider ... now, imagecache is dependency and a preset is required for image and for thumb when enabled.

i just used search and replace features altering presets name.

Hi there, I really like this slider and it does amazing things when it works. I'm going to use it for my design portfolio to display my large billboards. I'm also glad I found your fix because I have been having issues with getting my thumbs to display. But I am having trouble figuring out how to use the controlNavThumbsIndex setting and I could really use your help.

All of my images are stored in my default images folder in a subfolder called "sliderimgs". Inside this “../images/sliderimgs/etc...” folder I have the original images and .png files with the same exact name except for the _thumbs at the end. So in this folder I have the following files:

billboard.jpg
uahbillboard.jpg
billboard_thumb.png
uahbillboard_thumb.png

I downloaded your file and replaced the jquery.nivo.slider.js file completely with your file. It does seem a lot easier to set the right directory manually and I understand what is taking place; however I am an inexperienced coder and my problem is that I don’t know how to write it in the correct syntax inside the brackets [ ]. Could you please provide an example of how to write this setting so that I can modify it to direct it to my own “../images/sliderimgs/” folder?

I appologize if this sounds like a stupid question but I am not a coder I am a designer and I know enough about coding to get by
