I get this problem as well. I think it is related to the number of request that you can make per minute. In my case if I wait a bit and try again it works ok.

Try to pull and sync changes. I had to watch a YouTube video on how to pull and sync from git repository to vs code. do this and hopefully that helps you too.

I solved it by signing up with a new email. I had reached the maximum limit of free deployments.
