we've run some tests against one of our Pageflow installations using Browser Stack and real Mac machines but failed to reproduce the issue. Could you provide a link to a published entry in your Pageflow instance that shows these problems? Or do you see the issues in development mode? You might be using a different version of the videojs gem. But if I'm not mistaken, Pageflow requires 4.1.0 as a fixed version.

Audio is playing fine here, videos are broken. It appears to be a configuration issue, though. New Safaris use the m3u8-Playlists. Looking at one of yours I see:

Those URLs give 404, though. Could it be that the :hls_origin_host_alias or :s3_host_alias setting in your Pageflow.config.zencoder_options is incorrect on the instance running the resque workers?
