How to change to logo in the loading spinner?

Hi,

I've begun a wiki page describing how custom themes can be generated and configured. All the default theme's images are copied to your assets directory letting you freely replace elements like the loading spinner.

The described functionality is pending in pull request #45 at the moment, but I expect that one to land on master early next week. Moreover pull request #35 will make the default theme much more configurable, so it might not be a good idea to start adapting the current default theme at the moment.
