Are your refering to the "Multimedia Alert" that can be displayed at the beginning of a story? Or the "Additional Info Box" that is displayed above the player controls on audio/video pages?

So is the content of the alert itself overflowing? This would be unintended. Or do you refer to the fact that the content of the first page i.e. the pageflow entry itself can not be scrolled while the alert is still visible? That would be by design.

by design - if Multimedia Alert is activated you see the Alert in front of the first story page and thats it. You can't go further into the story.

Well, that's pretty much the idea behind the alert. Video/audio pages do not start playing until you click the button. Background videos play without sound. So if scrolling to the next page was possible, you could possibly miss content on the first page.

But you can not scroll or Click the Button. It stuck at the alert. That's it. And that's not the idea?

You cannot click the button? That's a bug then.

@flohmaier as it's working on my ipad 2 / ios 7 it's time to ask which device and OS version are you using?

Please feel free to reopen this issue if the problem still persists. We'll need more information on how to reproduce the problem though.
