Missing payment sort_order

Also extension page missing changes for opencart 3.1 that uses bootstrap 4.

Not able to save order statuse inside the module page

I am using coingate200-opencart.ocmod for OC 2.3.0.2, and module is working ok, except that it will not save the statuses inside the module config page.
Error log floods these messages when saving the config page:

Register order as placed (ok), before payment is confirmed.

The module itself is working ok, but there are a problem; it register the order as placed and OK, before payment is confirmed. This is not a good situation, so a fix for this would be more than welcome.
