The gitbucket build has several parts. I think the part related to the generation of Twirl / Play could be handled as a first step and should be merged separately into master. And the same be done for the Scalatra part. What do you thing?

@pleira I'm slowly chipping away on this. I have twirl working, but needs some improvements regarding dynamic classloading. Now I am looking at getting the tests running. The scalatra/run parts would be great as a seperate PR.
