Yeah, the entrypoint cannot deal with user-defined scripts. If you know what script you want to run, it is recommended to instead use run-script, so in your example:

  --volume "$PWD":/app:rw   \
  --volume "$HOME"/.composer:/tmp/.composer:rw   \
  --volume "$HOME"/.ssh/config:/etc/ssh/ssh_config:ro  \

  --env COMPOSER_HOME=/tmp/.composer  \
  composer run-script cs

ok, did something change? because this used (like a month ago) to work if I remember correctly?

Nothing has changed. It has worked like this since the official image was first created. Are you perhaps confusing our official image with the old deprecated composer/composer image?
