When I used SUPPA-2.3/suppa.py diffSplice to calculate differential splicing, I encountered ERRORs.
I don't know how to solve it and I need help, thanks!
I worked on Ubuntu 18.04.

Hi, the deprecation warning should not cause any errors. are you calling suppa with python3.4? Could you please send us your command line and sample files to check? Thanks E.
