The two last ones should work AFAIK, so might be a bug.
This functionality was mainly introduced for handling the DESCRIBE operator, so there may be some changes needed when using it outside of this context.

I should note that the localization does work when invoking programatically in typescript; so if it is a bug, it seems to be a CLI specific problem with the args not getting correctly mapped to the context keys.
