Hey. Yes for best results it does. It needs to dynamically create and inject the styles and then scripts you tell it to. It could be lazy loaded, I think in the future Conditionizr will have an option to:
- Load in <head>
- Load before </body>
- Load on window.load
If you're making CSS adjustments by using the <html> then you will want Conditionizr to run as fast as it can... Otherwise you'll likely see some flickers as the page is loading and your overrides are in place. It also may load assets that you're over-writing (for instance an SVG logo for touch devices [bad example, but you get my drift...])
