For me it was the usage of loop with an Ansible version prior to 2.5

Problem solved... I just installed Ansible by throwing "sudo yum install ansible" and thought this would be the newest version... thought wrong...

I needed to grab it from another source.

sudo yum install epel-release
sudo yum install ansible
