Zusatzinfo: Ohne die E-Mail-Adresse im Klartext zu speichern, könnte man vorgehen wie bei der RTR ECG-Liste https://www.rtr.at/de/tk/TKKS_ECGListe. Hier wird nur der Hashwert der E-Mail-Adresse gespeichert und vor dem Versenden kann ich so für jede einzelne Adresse prüfen, ob sie in der Liste eingetragen ist.

Wie am 22. November auf Mumble besprochen, müssten wir eine solche Blacklist direkt in den Mailer einbauen (aktuell noch SwiftMailer, zukünftig Symfony Mail), damit systemweit der Mailversand an gelistete Adressen verhindert wird.
