"Install Directly in Your Documentation" instructions

I can get the ADCtheme working with a direct install into Sphinx. However, if I follow the "Install Directly in Your Documentation" instructions, it doesn't work … in the sense of appearing to be vanilla html with no css applied. Could there be some minor omission or mistake in the instructions?

Add link to theme in the footer

Nice theme. Would be nice to have a link to the theme in the footer. I added:

Theme: ADCtheme

Highlight in search

If the choice of leaving the matched words not highligthed in search results isn't "by design", probably a style for span.higlighted should be defined (a background-color: Yellow; should do the trick).

No license information?

I'm looking for license information but can't find any,
what license is this work released under?
Can these files be distributed with my BSD licensed project?

This is an awesome theme. Great work!
