Yep, won't work with 2.2 yet because I'm shipping precompiled binaries, and 2.2 hasn't been released yet. Actually, this is even more problematic because LL has refused to create a one-click for 2.1 or later due to a Float test failure.
The workaround is to build and install from source.

What's this Float test failure? Is there a thread somewhere about this?

Now the float test problem is fixed and rubyinstaller also release version 2.1.3, so I would appreciate if win32-api can continue support ruby 2.1.

Ok, pushed out win32-api 1.5.2, which now includes binaries for Ruby 2.1. Ruby 2.2 will have to wait an installer for 2.2 is available.
