Load changes in a package without restarting

Implemented in commit 568bd2e

The REPL command :unload PACKAGE-PATH will remove an imported package from the list of known packages, so that importing it again will recompile it as a plugin, pulling in any updates in the package.

Note: :unload will not remove the package from the current scope, i.e. if you imported it you can still use it.

Just remember to use the full PACKAGE-PATH, not only it name. Example:
