At this moment this functions from javascript API will not be work correctly in the cluster:
Subscription on changing user’s status ( pipes user_status_* )
List of online users (channels track_*)
Sending messages to channel from JS (pipes web_*)
Getting the last messages from channel
Getting a number of subscribers
But all functions from CometQL will be easily used in the cluster.

in version 3.26 was added clustering mechanism for all api functions
from comet-server.
