On an iPhone running the latest iOS version and version of the Chrome app, the LHS contents list overlays the RHS logic concepts column. This makes it very hard to read the content.

Why not call an "individual" a "scalar" (or even "number")? That terminology might be more familiar.
Why introduce collections at all?
Is the "*less than*" supposed to be an italicized "less than"? Just a nit.

About "individual", that is a good question. "Individual" is the usual term in logic, but "scalar" might be a good choice.
We might do without the term "predicate" more easily than "collection", but each seems to be idiomatic in some common contexts. "R x" notation makes "real number" look like a predicate, but x ∈ R makes it look more like a set. We also use a form of set notation, which is a lot more familiar to most people than lambda notation. The divisors of an integer would seem to be a set. Do you agree?
