[wrt][webapi] Need tests for can be changed by the W3C Screen Orientation API

from crosswalk-test-suite.

I suppose this should be handled like the "orientation" variable in the new Manifest spec.

Ie is is the default lock when the JS API lockOrientation hasnt been called or if the unlockOrientation is called.

@zqzhang we have use case to test the screenorientation https://github.com/crosswalk-project/crosswalk-test-suite/tree/master/misc/webapi-usecase-w3c-tests/tests/ScreenOrientation
We could add the API/manifest interaction check in this use case sample when the manifest feature is ready.

As to W3C Screen Orientation API tests, this issue is closed by #346 and #350

As to <tizen:setting screen-orientation>, the feature is tracked by https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-1491 and https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-1161; but this may be implemented as an 'orientation' variable in the new Manifest spec, as specified by #239 (comment)

So close this issue.
