Authentication Framework

@johnjansen I have setup two libs for this that I'm going to try and tackle.

The intent is that Sheriff will the general base layer authentication framework middleware (like Warden) that can be layered on top of by more specialized authentication frameworks.

Wyatt will then be a fuller auth framework layered on top of Sheriff (somewhat like Devise).

@bigtunacan will Wyatt incorporate API based authentication, or will that require another layer on top? Devise was written before the days of front end frameworks, so they didn't really need that, but in this day and age, we really do.
